UROGYNECOLOGICAL PHYSIOTHERAPY
Let's work on your pelvic floor together! When should you see a urogynecological physiotherapist? The most common conditions are: urinary incontinence, frequent urination, diastasis of the rectus abdominis muscle, pain during intercourse, pelvic pain, and painful menstruation.
SCAR THERAPY
The best results are achieved when working with a fresh scar - less than 2 years old. It is during this period that the most intense reconstruction of the collagen that forms scar tissue occurs, and thanks to constant physiotherapeutic interventions, the orientation of its fibers can be influenced.
Scar release usually occurs in stages and begins with gentle manual techniques around the scar and loosening superficial tissues, moving on to more and more intensive methods of working directly on the scar and in deeper tissues.
RELAXING MASSAGE
As a new mother, you need some time for yourself. Massages can be performed after the postpartum period. After natural childbirth 6 weeks, after cesarean section 8 weeks. Sore muscles are our specialty.

HOW TO PREPARE
Our therapist will arrive ready to deliver your massage - bringing the massage table, music, and supplies. Your only job id to get ready and relax.
Prepare one large towel. Note before massage: do not eat heavy foods, tie your hair back, and remove any jewelry.
